Tombstone are a hard-rocking Psych Based Doom/Sludge/Stoner Metal Band influenced by great bands past and present such as Black Sabbath, Saint Vitus, Goatsnake, Electric Wizard, Kyuss, Sleep, Celtic Frost.
And to tell you the truth you can hear all of those great band's elements in their music. But that doesn't make them copycats. Far from it. They are a fuzzed groovy based Sludge/Stoner Metal Band with great riffs to match.
Their Devil's Ride Demo is a 4 song and 25 minute blast of excellent hard rocking riffs and down-tuned vocals to match.
Production is a bit raw but does show how supremely talented these Sludge/Stoner Rockers are.
The 4 tracks are all played surprisingly well for a young group that started in 2011. They have written 4 good tracks that shows a band with a lot of promise. Especially on tracks "Fake Friends Blues" and "Born Of A Jackal".
